MISUTGARU (미숫가루) OR MISUGARU (미수가루)
This is the crunchy almond version of our super healthy Misutgaru. It blends our traditional healthy Korean powder with the goodness of chopped almonds. Misutgaru is made of mixed grains that are steamed, roasted and ground. It is plentiful in nutrients and is easy to digest, which makes it a good alternative or complement to a regular meal. Using Misutgaru, you can make a simple and healthy Misutgaru latte. Just pour 200ml of hot or cold milk in a cup, add 2 to 3 spoons of Misutgaru and stir it until the powder is dissolved. (Using a frother will make it dissolve more completely.) You can add honey or sugar to your liking.
